I agree. Google Plus has the potential to be a threat to Facebook, provided it's given time to flourish and people give it a chance.

It does remind me of a simplified Facebook with what appears to be better features, especially how your contacts are arranged in friends, family or others and how your updates/uploads can be modify to show in different circles.

I for one would happily move away from Facebook.

Great post Mr Zaski.

I also commuted to London for about 8 months and soon found that there was a definite feeling of community on board the train. Each morning, you would see the same groups of people sitting in the same seats and could soon tell who were travel bussies.

You and I were part of the same group and would chat for about 10 minutes before plugging ourselves into our iPods or burying ourselves into a book, so whilst we were part of a community, the amount of communication was minimal. Actually, I remember I used to fall asleep!

Once in London, stepping off the train was like stepping into chaos, an "everyman for himself" mentality would kick in on the mad rush to the office. Every face looking glum and every set of ears containing earphones. One of the busiest cities in the world was also the lonliest.

My total journey time from home to office was 1hr 45mins each way. My total journey time now I live and work in Cambridge is about 45 mins each way.

Commute, I really don't miss you.

You are right Dave, Uncharted 1&2 were well worth multiple play-throughs (even if the end boss in 2 was pretty poor). Great set pieces, characters and stories.

I did enjoy playing it on a harder mode, doing so meant I had to think about how I was playing rather than running and gunning, so in that respect the higher difficulty mode changed how I played.

The most annoying part about trophies/achievements is when you only need one or two to get all achievements/the platinum trophy. For example, I only needed to complete God of War 3 on the highest difficulty to get the platinum, but could not beat the final boss. This annoyed me greatly, seeing one missing trophy. It may be a case of OCD.

It would be good if trophies/achievements could be used to unlock DLC or other such rewards, to give them more of a point than just being an e-penis haha.

Aww comeon baldy man, uncharted was easily worth playing through multiple times and on the harder difficulties you had to play the game very tactically which was difference enough from the standard setting to change the gameplay.
